Walters, Oklahoma

Lake Boyer was built in 1936 by the WPA and named for Dave Boyer, Walters' pioneer businessman and former state senator, who was instrumental in making the project a reality.

Facilities include a boat ramp and fishing dock, and picnic tables. Lakeside Golf Course lies around the outside limits of the lake. It has a shoreline length of 3 miles.
